Polyethylene plasticizing temperature

Generally speaking, the plasticizing temperature range of polyethylene is around 100 ℃ to 130 ℃. Among them, the plasticizing temperature of low-density polyethylene is between 160 ℃ and 220 ℃, and the plasticizing temperature of high-density polyethylene is between 180 ℃ and 250 ℃.

For injection molding, the plasticizing temperature of polyethylene is usually between 170 ℃ and 270 ℃, depending on factors such as material type, shape and size of the molded part, injection speed, etc. For example, the temperature used during injection molding is generally between 180 ℃ and 230 ℃.

If it is ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, its plasticizing temperature may be lower, for example, under the national standard of 0.45MPa

the detection is generally 80 ℃~85 ℃, and under 1.81MPa it is 44 ℃~49 ℃.
