Classification criteria for density of PE materials

1. High density polyethylene (HDPE): with a density greater than 0.941g/cm3, it has high hardness and strength and is widely used in the manufacture of various containers, pipelines, plastic products, etc.
2. Medium density polyethylene (MDPE): with a density between 0.926 and 0.940g/cm3, it has high toughness, impact resistance, and heat resistance, and is widely used in the manufacture of various films, ropes, garbage bags, etc.
3. Low density polyethylene (LDPE): with a density less than 0.926g/cm3, it has good flexibility and toughness, and is widely used in the manufacture of various wrapping materials, films, bags, etc.
